RE-THINK NEGOTIATION

We advise, train skills and facilitate negotiation success

In every conversation, there's a moment when words and people determine the future. Solutions and agreements don't emerge—or fall apart—by chance. Negotiation is essential. It requires people who can skillfully navigate differences and build on shared interests across cultural boundaries. mastering professional negotiation tools that are up-to date.

The Vienna School of Negotiation, founded by Sonja Rauschütz , stems from two convictions: firstly, that negotiation is both a craft and an art, and secondly, that achieving both - good results and sustainable relationships - can be trained. Europe needs places where the brightest minds come together to collaboratively create innovative results and learn from one another as equals, embedded in thriving communities.

The origins of this European movement date back to the late 1990s, when Sonja Rauschütz worked side-by-side with the legendary Professor Roger Fisher , co-author of the bestseller " Getting to Yes " (Das Harvard Konzept). As his closest associate at the Program On Negotiation at Harvard Law School, she taught, researched and refined those principles of negotiation in a consulting practice that enables dealing with differences peacefully in Europe..

Life is about negotiation.
