Sonja Rauschütz

Founder & CEO

Negotiation expert, negotiation facilitator, and internationally active mediator specializing in borderline situations and emotionally demanding conflicts. She supports negotiations, conflicts, and collaborations, as well as negotiation professionals and teams, primarily in the USA, Europe, Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe, and the Middle East. Sonja Rauschütz provides consulting and training with a focus on negotiation agility. She is a lecturer at select universities and a keynote speaker.

  • Master in Public Administration, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, USA; Master's degree, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria

  • Faculty member at the Program on Negotiation, Harvard Law School (1999–2002)

  • Certified Process Communication Model® Trainer and Advanced Facilitator for Leading Out of Drama with Compassionate Accountability, Systemic Consultant, Dialogue Facilitator (in training)

  • Co-founder of the Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners (IPNP), Balkan Negotiation Partners and initiator of the Young Negotiator Academy , among others.
