About the event
The Process Communication Model® (PCM) is an excellent tool for understanding human communication and effective leadership . Developed by clinical psychologist Dr. Taibi Kahler , it distinguishes six personality types , each with its own strengths and preferences. We all carry these elements within us—in our personality architecture —it is the combination and weighting of these types that defines us.
