About the event

Welcome to Leading Out of Drama with Compassionate Accountability.

Begin your journey of self-discovery with new insights and concrete practices for constructively managing conflict. This Vienna School program reveals the extent to which you participate in negative conflicts (drama) and contribute to them in your environment.

Negative conflicts and dramas waste valuable time, energy, and resources, distracting from team goals, strategic priorities, and activities crucial to the work. This negative conflict energy is easy to sense but more difficult to diagnose and avoid . Use various strategies to cultivate the three compassion skillsopenness , solution-orientation , and consistent accountability —within your team and organization.

Drama is predictable, observable, and reversible . Start with your personal Compassionate Accountability Assessment . Practice making healthier decisions when dealing with differences, enabling you to guide yourself and others through conflict .
