Negotiation consultant and facilitator working with clients in the US, Europe, CEE, SEE and the Middle East; management trainer, executive coach and international mediator. A boundary spanner, Sonja focuses on Negotiator Agility in challenging negotiations and long-lasting conflict.

1999 – 2002 Faculty at Harvard at Law School Program on Negotiation; 2000 she initiated the Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners (IPNP) program, 2004 the Balkan Negotiation Partners and 2015 the Young Negotiator Initiative; Studied at Vienna University of Economics and Business and holds a Master of Harvard Kennedy School of Government, US.
