Negotiation consultant and facilitator working with clients in the US, Europe, CEE, SEE and the Middle East; management trainer, executive coach and international mediator. A boundary spanner, Sonja focuses on Negotiator Agility in challenging negotiations and long-lasting conflict.

1999 – 2002 Faculty at Harvard at Law School Program on Negotiation; 2000 she initiated the Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners (IPNP) program, 2004 the Balkan Negotiation Partners and 2015 the Young Negotiator Initiative; Studied at Vienna University of Economics and Business and holds a Master of Harvard Kennedy School of Government, US. Certified PCM® trainer, LOD™ provider and System Constellation consultant; Tri - Energetic Counsellor; lecturer at renowned universities; keynote speaker.

Mag. Johannes Tichy

Partner, Negotiation Facilitator

Negotiation consultant and facilitator, sales negotiator and certified mediator (registered with Austrian Ministry of Justice). Experienced negotiator as  marketing & sales manager with MAM Babyartikel, Austrian Lotteries, Kraft Foods, focused on brand strategy, opinion leader marketing, PR, brand management, sales strategy and negotiating terms and conditions as well as (inter)national deals.

Master in International Business Administration with a graduate Certificate of Marketing (University of Newcastle, Australia) and diverse continued education in mediation, negotiation, communication and conflict resolution.
