7 Elements in Negotiations – YNI meets CEMS Club Vienna

Following the invitation of the CEMS Club Vienna, the Young Negotiator Initiative of the Vienna School is co-hosting an evening discussion, dedicated to the topic of professional preparation negotiation and conflict management. Johannes Tichy, Vienna School Partner and keynote speaker provides useful insights into the world of negotiation by introducing the 7 Elements. It is a tool from Harvard's Interest-based Negotiation Toolbox that supports any successful negotiation preparation. During this interactive exchange, Johannes Tichy introduced three elements to employ in situations with no or very limited preparation time. The informal get-together with dinner and drinks afterwards took place at "Das Campus" and encourage to mingle and continue interesting informal conversations.
