About The Event

The Young Negotiator Initiative (YNI) was started by Sonja Rauschütz, Founder of  Vienna School Initiatives e.V., and invites interested young professionals and students under 30 to claim their place at the negotiation table by acquiring the negotiation toolkit to participate and actively shape our future. 

The YN Academy is a 5-day intensive program and taught by the faculty of the Vienna School of Negotiation. The program focuses on interactive learning and the exchange of participants, experienced practitioners and international expert. It takes place once a year and provides young people under the age of 30 with international Keynote-Lectures, working group sessions, simulations, presentations and Best- Practice-Dialogues. Students, interested young people of all backgrounds and young professionals, active in the field of politics, science and business, are invited to apply.

This program is for young professionals and students under 30.
