The Vienna School of Negotiation was founded by Sonja Rauschütz and, as a European movement, stands for the consistent professionalisation of negotiations and the appreciation of diversity and the associated innovative potential. We work with experienced people from practice and are proud of our Young Negotiator Initiative, which deepens existing know-how, sharpens professional tools and trains the handling of different personalities.
